Enrico Ruggeri,  BA, CMT

Even before receiving his BA degree in Kinesiology (with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy) from San Francisco State University, Enrico had become interested in massage as an extremely effective healing modality to alleviate pain and stress. After studying massage techniques for several years, he began his practice as a professional massage therapist in 1998. Enrico's comprehensive massage training (1000+ hours) and experience range from clinical work with doctors in a hospital setting to exotic spa treatments to managing massage teams at major sports events. Enrico has been an instructor on the staff of McKinnon Body Therapy Center, where he taught classes in Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.

The Ruggeri Method

Through his training and experience, Enrico has developed a massage style that incorporates guided meditation with breathwork, which assists the client in reaching a deep state of relaxation. This approach has proven to be a powerful modality for reducing muscle and joint pain, stress, and tension and helping clients reclaim their energy, stamina and vitality.
