General Information

Massage services at Strictly Therapeutic, which is owned and operated by Enrico Ruggeri, are by appointment only. You are welcome to call seven days per week any time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM to schedule your massage or to inquire about massage services. While it is best to reserve your appointment at least one day in advance, every effort possible will be made to accommodate last minute requests.

Method of payment for services: cash or local checks.

All new clients: please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for a necessary pre-massage interview and to fill out forms.

If you will be redeeming a gift certificate or promotional coupon, please advise me at the time you book your appointment.

Prior to scheduling any appointments that will be covered by insurance, I will need to get pertinent information from you about your injury, so that I can obtain verification of insurance coverage and authorization for my services from your insurance claim representative.

Gratuities
People often inquire about tipping. An acknowledgement of an exceptional massage received by the client is always greatly appreciated by the therapist, but it is not required. Tips, however, are not appropriate for any services covered by insurance claims.

Referrals
Referrals from clients are the very best form of advertisement. As my way of thanking you for passing my name on to any of your friends who book a 60-minute massage with me, you will receive a FREE gift certificate for 30 minutes of massage.

Cancellation Policy
If for some unforeseen reason you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please provide no less than 24 hours notice. All cancellations requested with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the value of the service booked. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
